As envy bathrooms is not a volume based company you will have the one point of contact throughout the entire process. Either Andrew or Mark will be with you from the initial meeting, right through to handover. This means none of the details will be missed and all of the information will go through the one project manager resulting in a higher quality outcome. We pride ourselves on maintaining an excellent working relationship with our clients which can only be achieved through regular face to face communication.
our process
Once contact has been made, we will organise a time to meet and go over your brief. It’s at this time that we will discuss the level of finishes you are after. We will also conduct a thorough site measure.

If you have decided to change the layout of your bathroom, or are adding a completely new bathroom, we will work on a design concept for you to sign off on.

Now that we have all the information we need we will move onto providing you with a no obligation fixed price quote. Up until this point, there are no fees to pay.

Once you are happy with the quote, we will both sign a contract agreeing on the fixed price. We can now start purchasing your selections and organising our trades. We will also provide you with a construction calendar so you know what will be happening each day.
04.
We will take it from here. Construction of your space/s can now begin. Our professional trades will bring your renovation to life to the highest quality.
05.
Your new bathroom has now been completed and professionally cleaned. Your space will now be handed back to you for you to enjoy in the knowledge you have a beautiful and high quality renovation.
